Rolled Sweet/Salted Baklava

 


Needed:

- half of pound of 'kora' dryed looking thin tortillas/crepes,

- 2 eggs,

- half of glass of vegetable oil,

- half of glass of yogurt,

- two pieces of Greek cheese (about 150gr),

- two glasses of mineral water.

Put evenly this mixed mass on each pie crust and roll it then roll it into snail house like way.


Instead of Greek cheese use rinced apple/zucchinis with added cinnamon or sour cherries with wheat semolina.
