Revenge pornography is a crime in most developed countries with an easy way to determine who is the person publishing nude photos and videos either on their personal social media or behind a false account without permission of the person they recorded. Photos and videos for their personal pleasure and entertainment are almost always shared either with their close friends or general public.
They choose their victims carefully, them usually being restricted or shy girls and women using their personal common contacts or victim's social media posts to find all the information they need to start their game. It's not a rare case when victim's close "friends" are helping the perpetrator either out of jelousy or personal hatred especially if the victim is socially engaged with a public audience. Another piece of information they usually collect is the personal wealth of the victim as most of the victims are wealthier than the perpetrator.
Perpetrator's personal goal is their personal pleasure of guiding their victim to act differently than their character leading them to trust their "pure" intentions as most start out their game as being romantically interested with the victim.
Some of the perpetrators are extremely smart believing that their actions are justified and feel no remorse for any harm done which is a trait psychopaths have.
Psychopath ~ a person affected by chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behaviour.
Psychopathy describes a set of personality traits and behaviours frequently associated with lack of emotional sensitivity and empathy, impulsiveness, superficial charm and insensitivity to punishing consequences.
Clinical observations of ASD have suggested 4 possible subtypes of psychopathy: narcissistic, borderline, sadistic and antisocial.
How to recognise a psychopath:
• behaviour that conflicts social norms,
• disregarding or violating rights of others,
• inability to distinguish right and wrong,
• difficulty with showing remorse or empathy,
• tendency to lie often,
• manipulating and hurting others,
• recurring problems with the law.
Types of psychopaths:
• pedofil,
• pleasure psychopath,
• moneymaker.
Pedophile ~ a person who is sexually attracted to children.
Pleasure psychopath is a term we use for perpetrators who find pleasure in making their victims suffer, justifying their acts thinking the victim does not deserve better or from holding a grudge if they've had communication with the victim where she said something they did not like.
Pleasure psychopaths can be "hired" by victim's "friends" giving the pleasure psychopath all the information they need to humiliate the victim. These scenes are usually seen at high school age groups but they are a rare case among adult population.
Moneymaker records it's victim and then publish the photos or videos on XXX porn sites, sells it to individual "clients" or opens a YouTube channel where he uploads what he recorded.
Two types of communication between the victim and psychopath:
• direct,
• via internet.
In direct contact perpetrator uses his cellphone to record oral sex or doggy style sex making him dominant player. Worse case scenario is camera recording the entire intercourse being hidden in the room.
Internet has allowed us to have many social media apps so what was once using email to send nude photos or videos became a real time opportunity as apps such as Facebook or Instagram allow video calls. Supporting apps such as Screen Recording app allows the user to record his own cellphone during video calls, those who are familiar with hackers can use their malware software to record everything the victim see's on her screen.
