Simple donuts breakfast to brunch recipe getting about 30 donuts.
Ingredients:
- 1 cube or paper bag of dry yeast,
- 200 ml milk of slightly warm milk,
- 1 table spoon of sugar,
- 2 eggs,
- half of glass of oil,
- 200 ml of milk or water
- 500 gr of flour for donuts and a bit more later,
- 1 vanilla flavour paper bag.
Mix the yeast with slightly warm milk and 1 table spoon of sugar and wait for 5 minutes while mixing the eggs with other ingredients.
Add the yeast and make sure you get a even mixture which should be left to "grow" for about 40 minutes or less when the mixture is spreaded to be cutted into pieces with a shape cutter or any wider glass to be fried in already hot vegetable oil.
Use with jam or chocolate cream.
