Easy Fruit/Vegetable Cake


Making fruit cake requires:

3 eggs,

glass of milk yogurt,

glass of sugar,

glass of vegetable oil,

3 glasses of wheat flour,

1 table spoon of baking powder,

seasonal fruit.


Mix the eggs and add other ingredients except seasonal fruit.

Split the mixture into two parts and spread one across the baking pan to be baked for 10 minutes in previously heated oven at 250°C .

Easy Plum Cake


Add the fruits of the season (sliced apples, apricots, peaches, plums or sour cherries) on top and then layer the rest of the mixture on top of fruits to be baked for another 10 minutes in the oven at 250°C.


Making vegetable cake requires:

4 eggs,

glass of milk yogurt,

glass of vegetable oil,

2 glasses of wheat flour,

1 glass of corn flour,

1 table spoon of baking powder,

half of tea spoon of salt,

4 pickled cucumbers,

2 pickled paprika's,

slice of Greek cheese cutted into cubes,

100 gr of bologne and

2 table spoons of ajvar (mashed and cooked paprika).

Mix the eggs and add other ingredients including cutted into small cubes cucumbers, paprika, cheese, bologne.

Bake for less than 20 minutes into preheated oven at 250°C.
