How To Deal With Refrigerator


It caught me by surprise people packing their food in different ways in their refrigerators or people not packing their refrigerator placings in any way as I still have problems explaining why this is a good solution at home too.

We changed our own home one getting new 'Vox' brand one with one additional placing in it and one more placing in the freezer above few years ago.

As I am making monthly menu collecting recipes into several groups with how to cook every two days and still have different meals here is a simple every day  habit look of how it's easy to use your refrigerators.

Leaving ingredients meant for to be cooked on it's placing one side works too but that means keeping other parts of your kitchen in similar obsessive order way for a person to get everything as easier while cooking starting with pots and pans placings, spices and ingredients placings not kept in refrigerator while keeping leftover food on the same side placing.

At Serbia most homes have a small space room for the large freezer and shelves with pickled vegetables and different kind of homemade jams and marmalade prepared during entire late summer and kept and used during entire winter season.




For those having their weekly menu planned I have left Hospital Menu for non diabetic or digestion tract patients HERE as an example what should your Monday or Saturday shopping plan have on it's list from my month spent at the hospital.


Always cut the water melon or muskmelon into pieces and put in plastic packing before putting it into refrigerators above the vegetables space as it's usually having glass moving pad where vegetables such as carrots, cabbages, cucumbers, tomatoes,.. are kept usually grouped as salad/cooking placing.




Door shelf has its egg shelf for different sizes of eggs.


Small size eggs are used for cakes while large size eggs are used for breakfast.


Fruit unless those packed for winter should not be kept into refrigerators as it's place is at the side of the side of the dining table where sweets either bought or made are kept too either meant as coffee brunch at 1PM or meant for tea at 5PM.



Never leave spoons or other in baking or cooking pans you leave into the refrigerator on their breakfast, lunch or dinner placings.


Bottles placing has room for exactly four bottles one meant for breakfast as juice or milk, two meant for guests during brunch time as water or juices  and one alcohol one bottle meant for evening or dinner.
