6 Spheres Of Life

Organizing one person time starts with the current situation, personal and public issues a person has.

Taking a good look where each individual stands in life using a small bits of habits rather than rules needed to be followed as almost every habit needs couple of weeks to settle in person's daily life.

Six spheres of life could be named into six groups:

1. Health,

2. Education,

3. Citizenship,

4. Self care,

5. Home care,

6. Culture/Religion.

From rearranging your clothing closet, work space area to your life in general follow THE SIX SPHERES OF LIFE for everything on daily basis to make your life easier.

Some asked was it Louise Hay books giving me inspiration but no it's six groups that can be used for better organization of personal chores and even at companies.

Having a daily schedule from 05:00 in the morning to 23:00 in the night this organization post is a way to organize your time without 'waste time' holes that can appear including all aspects of any person life.

Group 1

Health

05:00 - 08:00

What does getting up this early in the morning have with health except getting a good night sleep?

Getting a habit of getting up early in the morning no matter of your work schedule has only benefits and no cons against such decision with a small tip to first try getting up in 06:00 for first two weeks for your body to get used to slowly.

In these three hours you have enough time to prepare breakfast, lunch even if not prepared the evening before, tidy up your entire residence if left any mess before going to sleep, finishing your cosmetics morning routine and if you are an expert in time organization have daily exercise with a short shower afterwards.

How you ask?

Let's share these three hours into three chores sub groups:

- me, myself and I,

- kitchen chores for 07:00 meal and/or lunch preparing,

- tiding up the living space.

Group 2

Education

08:00 - 11:00

As everyone knows our brains best learn during several times each day the morning being the best time to be doing anything having any connections with learning.

Currently I have my monthly menu project with buying grocery each two weeks and collecting recipes in my notebook while I have prepared books for starting to learn German on my own starting again from A1 level.

I got the idea from the Hospital Food Menu, that way making besides monthly taxes budget getting the budget amount needed for other monthly house requirements.

Write a list of everything you would love to learn of the things you can learn on your own to things needing proper teaching classes couple times a week.

Separate the list into very important, important and less important to prioritize the order of things on the list of things you need to learn and then separate the list on the things you can learn yourself using literature and available internet not needing any sertificate and things you need classes so you can find the best offer on where to attend classes having proper sertificate after taking exams.

Group 3

Citizenship

11:00 - 14:00

The best time to do any chores having to do with public service or private companies as an individual not only as of not standing in line during daily rush hours as that is when you can avoid crowd and finish these kind of chores quickly.

This is the group having most connections with Group 7 First Impressions including your wardrobe, makeup suitcase, behavior and public manners.

You can read What I Found In My Wardrobe here and how to manage from what you have to get decent outfits or rearrange what would be vintage into modern and wearable.

Group 4

Self-care

14:00 - 17:00

Separate the list of things you would do into 'my body is my temple' and 'my space is my temple' meaning interior design of the place you live at.

This is also lunch time if not at 13:00 as why I am mentioning as people on different work schedules or with other priorities can get in a way of your own schedule even including meals as regular meals are the most important thing during day besides workout to keep your body and mind in shape.

Group 5

Homecare

17:00 - 20:00

As the title shows this is the time doing house chores and spending time/ doing things together with your family.

If you live in a house there are always both house chores and outside chores to attend too.

You can also use this period of time to start a new house project on making something as why this period of time is mostly used besides of it's convenience for any kind of school classes.

This is also dinner time at 19:00 and meal preparing time.

Group 6

Culture/Religion

20:00 - 23:00

Unless attending any classes or cultural events it's a perfect time to start reading your favorite book or watch with your family an interesting channel at your cable distributer meant to spread your views.

If having a working schedule with one hour commuting between home and work space meaning 10 hours each day with 6-8 hours of sleeping time you are left with 8-6 hours left for this kind of schedule to use for yourself.

Adding additional groups leads to:

Group 7

Individual first impression appearance is obviously your outfit and style in general followed by your manners and both public and private behavior which everyone should try to keep the same.

Everyone gets only one first impression when they meet someone and it's hard to change it afterwards.

Group 8

Family first impression appearance includes both close family and cousins appearance, behavior and manners.

It tells much about your own upbringing and habits each family member has.

Group 9

Children (for people who have them) first impression appearance tells more of yourself as a parent than about the child. We have only 30% of personal traits in our personal appearance and 70% we "pick up" during our upbringing until late puberty when our character is fully formed.

It is why it's said people can change removing negative traits they had if they use their will power into the positive change direction.

Children pick up behavioral traits from the people they spend their time with that being their close family and kindergarten surroundings.
