Habit Changes


About healthy habits each parent should get their children used too to avoid both possible weight issues leading to possible diseases or conditions.




When children do not behave parents use simple punishments such as curfew hours, staying grounded and going to bed without dinner.


It's now one year since I started with few habit changes and few I am adding slowly.


• First habit change

My junk food bin/drawers food or interesting things listing of presents.


• Second habit change

Not starting a task from its group of Six Spheres Of Life without finishing previous task or gaining a habit of it in positive direction of it on daily level.



• Third habit change

Regular teeth wash from No 1 HEALTH group of sphere tasks after each meal, 

I love this one as it takes two weeks to see your teeth changing into brighter white colour even with drinking coffee & bonbons.


• Fourth habit change

Using a simple daily/weekly chores list.


Fifth habit change

I am making monthly menu with three meals and brunch/tea time meals without any bought candy or similar and homemade cookies or cakes leaving bought items for having when children visit our home or using 'junk food' as little as possible with coffee or tea time.

It's the why I left things such as milk yogurt only to have on my menu twice of week as of possible allergies.


Sixth habit change

I do not attend Sunday prayer at my family's church regularly on each Sunday or attend weekly something I am trying to change and attend it each week and holiday.
